Mike has been my go to guy now through 4 motorcycles. His knowledge is tremendous on every product line at CCM. He has come to understand how I am and what I am looking for in Kawasaki motorcycles. As much as he is an excellent representative of CCM, Mike has also become a great friend. And I must say, every employee I have come in contact with treats me as if they have known me for years. Recently, I noticed an error on a Title for a Kawasaki I purchased at CCM in 2019. While I was looking at my latest purchase, Lori found out the accidental error was done while information was being inputted by the Title Bureau. She then was able to have the error corrected and a new Title printed. She was back with the new Title prior to me even leaving that day. You cannot ask for better customer service than that.
