Mike Copsey is ONE of the reasons that CCM is my all time favorite motorcycle shop. I had a problem with my 650 VStrom coming back from a trip to Kentucky on a Saturday afternoon. Luckily my friend Richard came with his trailer and we took the bike straight to CCM. Mike helped me unload the bike, took it into service immediately, and diagnosed the problem ,and ordered the parts needed to repair. Got the bike back to me good as new in a very short time.
