As always, Eric, Les, and Caleb came through with masterful expertise in helping me with a problem of malfunctioning (aftermarket) saddlebag lights on my 2014 Kawasaki Concours 14 ABS. Caleb was able to confirm the source and reason for the malfunction, and then to replace the pair of lights (one malfunctioning, its partner fine) with the parts that I supplied.
