The only issue keeping this from being a 5 was the day of purchase and pick-up. More can be done scheduling / communication wise to expedite the process. took 2:00 hours from the expected time of arrival to actually leave with the vehicle. I had filled out the on line information prior to arrival as well. Everything else was on target - we had been looing for over 3 months and Mike and the entire team Eric in service and Andy in parts were very honest and informative assisting in our decision making.
